the hotel was an interesting place for enjoying a very industrial area, near shopping center, the port of houston cruise facility, and boardwalk and shopping center. secluded location of this brand-new property was a bonus. thoroughly enjoyed the stay, it was very nice for a business trip.

Nicelyy appointed, inviting entrance. Staff was friendly/helpful esp lady who worked breakfast buffet. Easy to find and fairly easy to get to. Clean. Great value.
Some random noise woke me about midnight. Thought it was banging from adjacent room. Finally decided it had to be band base and/or drum vibration from bar a couple of lots down street. OR booming base from street. Don't sleep well after being awakened to unknown "racket."

The pool area was clean and the location was exceptionally nice, really close to shopping center, and Resturant's. The place had a quiet atmosphere. The room we had included coffee, a writing desk and dresser.
